Who we are
Hello! We’re James & Lisa Duvall, and together, we pastor and lead the Ministry to Married People at Christ Fellowship Church in South Florida. We’ve been married for over 30 years, with most of that time spent serving at Christ Fellowship in various roles and leadership capacities. Together, we have two adult children who are crushing the whole "adulting" thing and a teenage daughter who serves as our dance, wardrobe, and social media advisor.
As we’ve learned over the past 30 years in our own relationship, marriage is much more of an art than a science. We created Art of Spousing out of the truths and lessons learned over three decades of teaching, coaching, and speaking on marriage. Through Art of Spousing, we look forward to championing your relationship with the tools and techniques you need to create a beautiful marriage—moving from mundane to masterpiece!
Lisa Duvall
Lisa Duvall is a pastor, ministry mentor, and coach at Christ Fellowship Church in South Florida. She currently provides pastoral counseling and coaching to those employed by the church, where she finds fulfillment in championing change in people's lives. As a certified Enneagram and Myers-Briggs Coach, Lisa provides tangible pathways for others as they seek to become more aware and see measurable growth in their lives. Her biggest thrill in life is being a wife and a mom, and she considers any time spent at the beach and hanging out with friends a win—but time with friends at the beach is a daily double.
James Duvall
James Duvall is the Executive Director of Creative Ministries and serves on the Senior Leadership Team at Christ Fellowship Church, where he has the opportunity to lead out of the overflow of decades of first-hand ministry experience. James has been part of the Christ Fellowship team since 1996, when just 400 people were served on the weekends. Since that time, the church has grown into one of the largest multi-site churches in South Florida. James and his wife, Lisa, enjoy spending time with their children—two who are grown and one still at home, who continues to keep them young! He enjoys road biking, fishing, and eating great sushi! James is a proud graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University and earned his Master’s in Leadership from Liberty University.
